DNA-Poli is a digital platform for clinical genetic counseling. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website.

Through this website we may collect:

We use contact form data solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.

Technical log data is used to maintain the security and performance of this website and is not linked to individual identities.

Processing of contact enquiries is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) given at the time of submission. Technical log data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functioning service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months and then securely deleted. Technical logs are retained for 90 days.

This website does not use marketing or tracking cookies. We use only technically necessary session data to deliver the website.

Server log files (browser type, pages visited) are collected automatically and used solely for security and performance purposes as described in section 3.
